What do my annual dues support?

PTF dues create the annual budget that allows PTF to bless the students, teachers, staff and families at Metro Christian Academy. Some of our PTF Blessings include family events, student & staff appreciation, operating the Patriot Pantry, benevolence, stocking the teacher workroom and more.

How can I join Metro PTF?

Annual membership for families and staff is $40. You can join online by purchasing a Membership.

How can I get involved?

We’re glad you asked! There are many wonderful opportunities to get involved! One way to get-involved is to complete the Volunteer Opportunities Form and someone will contact you! We will also post volunteer opportunities on our Facebook page.

How does the PTF support Metro staff?

PTF maintains the teacher workroom supplies, organizes the back to school and end of year staff luncheons, supplies the teachers lounge coffee, blessings staff and teachers with quarterly appreciation blessings, distributes Thanksgiving Pies, and provides unlimited volunteers support.

What else does the PTF do for Metro?

PTF plans and executes many events, operates the Patriot Pantry, provides teacher workroom supplies, new family support, benevolence, student & teacher appreciation and vounteer support where needed.

How do I get an invoice paid?

If you have received approval to contract services with an outside company for a PTF function and have not paid them directly, please submit the Invoice Payment Request Form and email the invoice that needs to be paid to mcaptftreasurer@outlook.com. The PTF will send payment directly to the specified company at the address on the invoice.

Can I get reimbursed for expenses I make?

If you make purchases for approved PTF events and activities, you can submit the Reimbursement Request Form and email your receipts to mcaptftreasurer@outlook.com. If approved, PTF will send payment directly to the mailing address you specify.
